Privacy and quote information

Krazo Laser is operated by Motobilt, Inc., 323 Van Heusen Drive, Ozark, AL 36360.

Information you send us

When you request a quote, we collect the contact information, project details, and drawing files you choose to provide. We use that information to evaluate your project, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about the work.

Email updates

When you sign up for KRAZO News, we collect the email address you provide and record your email marketing consent in Shopify. We use it to send occasional updates about services, materials, and practical fabrication guides. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Website and service providers

Our website and email marketing use Shopify. Quote and drawing intake may use service providers to deliver and store submissions for Motobilt. We limit access to project files to the people and services needed to review and carry out the work.

Contact and requests

For questions about information submitted through Krazo or your email subscription, contact quotes@motobilt.com or call 334-219-2333. Include enough detail for us to identify your inquiry.

Orders and project terms

A website inquiry is a request for quotation. It does not place an order. Scope, pricing, payment, production timing, and any project-specific requirements are established through your Motobilt quote and agreed order documents.
